As NovoPayment’s next Product Owner, you will:
Lead the execution and delivery of software project releases with well-defined Agile processes.
Lead the transition of business requirements to technical requirements using Scrum methodologies.
Lead the inception process and requirements gathering and define the related epics and user stories
Consulting with product managers, sales, clients, and other stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience in dev-ops (optional)
Document details based on customer needs and development team input.
Attend scrum meetings including planning, daily, retrospectives, reviews and refining backlog and interdependencies
Lead backlog grooming to decompose, prioritize the backlog.
Define software release plans and scope
Work with UX on design and refinement of the user interaction.
Answer questions from developers, clarify requirements and describe priorities for product development.

Efficient and Effective Solution Delivery Process, uncover risks and obstacles for the development team and handle the conversion of functional documents into user stories
Promote Continuous Improvement. Document the new feature for implementations and release notes.
Participate in go-to-market activities including the set-up and execution of internal and external (customer-facing) Beta programs and Trials.
Demonstrate the latest product release to customers (pre-release) and internal stakeholders as necessary.
Participate in bug triage meetings and define priority level or resolution
Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the organization
Lead and influence others on best practices
