As NovoPayment’s next Marketing GTM and Demand Generation Specialist, you will:
- Reporting directly to CGO, the role involves strategic planning & tactical execution management of top of the funnel sales demand/leads generation.
- These channels include paid search, paid social, display, content syndication, retargeting, direct mail and others to drive brand amplification and lead generation efforts at scale.
- The role will require you to work with different departments to drive hyper-growth across every single vector, and where possible spawn new demand generation sources as well.
- You will have the opportunity to drive the acquisition strategy of a new business unit with significant potential.
What you bring:
An equally strong at strategy and planning, as well as hands-on execution
4+ years of work experience including at least 2 years of project/operations management
Strong analytical skills including hands-on experience with multivariate regression, sensitivity analysis, pivot tables, etc. with a focus on distilling intelligence from data
Strong understanding of SaaS (Fintech) is a plus
Demonstrated ability & experience in generating or shaping top of funnel sales/business growth ideas
A voracious reader of business management and business-strategy books and breakthrough publications
Strong communications & relationship-building skills. Keeping up with the times, we have kept this role to be remote anywhere in the US making this skill be all the more relevant.
