As NovoPayment’s next Business Development Team Member, you will:
Develop revenue, volume, and market share objectives for assigned sales targets and market area.
Review and provide reporting on individual sales activity and market potential to include monthly/quarterly/yearly production standards.
Meet/Exceed sales quota expectations for the territory.
Attend sales meetings to identify and monitor market trends and competitor's actions in order to gain a competitive advantage. You will also be expected to share and try best practices gained from internal and external team members and partners.
Represent NovoPayment by participating industry-relevant conference(s) within each vertical market.
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Partner in dialogues between the Product Marketing and Incubations teams to discuss potential target markets, new client potential and upselling possibilities.
Partner with onboarding teams to provide as much information as possible to ensure a successful handoff once the client
Manage and update information continuously in the CRM, and report on commercial activity on an ongoing basis.
